Synopsis

Menghitung kalori harian secara manual sering kali merepotkan dan tidak akurat. Buku Pemanfaatan Deep Learning untuk Identifikasi Kandungan Kalori Melalui Citra Makanan ini hadir menawarkan solusi modern lewat teknologi kecerdasan buatan. Pembaca akan diajak memahami bagaimana foto makanan dapat diolah sebagai data digital melalui konsep Deep Learning dan jaringan saraf tiruan (Convolutional Neural Network). Buku ini mengupas tuntas alur kerja sistem, mulai dari pembersihan gambar (preprocessing), pengenalan jenis makanan, estimasi ukuran porsi, hingga cara mengintegrasikannya dengan Tabel Komposisi Pangan.

Selain aspek teknis, buku ini juga membahas rancangan aplikasi digital, etika penggunaan AI di bidang gizi, serta tantangan mengatasi bias data gambar makanan di lapangan.
